Service Description and Scope:

360PHONEFIX  offers diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for various mobile phone brands and models and smart Gadgets.

Services include but are not limited to screen repair, battery replacement, charging port, software troubleshooting, water damage repair and all types of electronics motherboards.

Service Fees and Payment:

Service fees are determined based on the nature and complexity of the repair required.

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

Turnaround Time:

We strive to complete repairs in a timely manner, however, turnaround times may vary depending on factors such as parts availability and the extent of the damage.

Customers will be provided with an estimated timeframe for completion upon assessment of the device.

Warranty:

We offer a limited warranty on repairs, covering defects in workmanship and parts for a specified period.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the device.

Customers must present a valid proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty service.

Liability and Disclaimers:

Our repair centre is not liable for any data loss, damage to software, or loss of functionality that may occur during the repair process.

Customers are advised to backup their data before submitting their device for repair, as we cannot guarantee the safety of data stored on the device.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the issues with their device.

Customers must remove any SIM cards, memory cards, or accessories before submitting their device for repair.

Our repair centre is not liable for any loss or damage to accessories left with the device.

Return, Cancellation and Refunds:

We Accept Returns in 28 days time period since purchase receipt issued on new items as long item returned original condition.

Customers may cancel a repair request before work has commenced, subject to a cancellation fee if applicable.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the management and may be subject to a restocking fee for any parts ordered specifically for the repair.

Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of our customers and handle their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
